Loki was someone you respected very much and loved with all your heart. You were always there for him and he for you. So when you heard that he had discovered he was actually a Frost Giant, you knew you had to rush to his side immediately. The news had hit him hard. It of course surprised you but that was it. It didn't bother you the slightest that he was a Frost Giant.
Loki was your's and that was all that mattered.
You walked up to his chambers. It was a place where he had been a lot recently. He barely left them and when he did, he was always in a sour mood. He didn't even want to talk to you. Today you hoped that things would be different. Perhaps he would actually tell you how he feels about finding out his true nature.
You arrived at his door and knocked gently on it three times. There was no answer so you tried again. Was he not there? You tried again, this time a little louder. You could have sworn you heard him grunt in annoyance so you figured he was inside and walked in despite the fact that he didn't say that you could. He was there; sitting on the window seat looking out the grand windows with a scowl on his lips.
"Go away," He grunted. He didn't even look at you. His eyes just kept staring out in the wonderful city of Asgard but not with awe but with hatred.
You sighed and walked over towards him. You sat down in front of him and tried to capture his icy emerald gaze but he would not look at you even once. You tried to think of some comforting words but how could you when you had no idea how he felt? Instead you inched closer towards him and placed a hand over his knee. His eyes flickered towards you as soon as the contact was made and his eyes scanned yours for something, but what?
"Why do you still touch me?" He hissed, now fully facing you. "Do you not realize what I am?"
"You're a Frost Giant, Loki," You nodded. "I know that but it doesn't bother me."
His gaze hardened on you. He adjusted himself so that he was sitting up instead of lying against the wall. He took your hands in his and you felt how dreadfully cold they were. "See this? I'm....I'm just like them. A frozen monster that know's nothing but how to destroy."
You cocked your head to the side curiously. Your hands were starting to go numb from the cold but you ignored the sensation. "Why would you say that? You just recently found out you were a Frost Giant and up till now all you've done is just be your mischievous self. You're not a monster. A monster can't love and you certainly love me. Well I at least hope you still do."
He dropped your hands and leaned back against the wall, letting out an irritable huff. He still wasn't convinced by your words. "Right like you could ever love something like this." Just then his skin turned a pale, icy blue color and his eyes turned into a blazing red color. He had marking around his face and arms as well and probably other parts of his body. You had never seen his Frost Giant form before but it was certainly interesting.
Loki looked at you, expecting you to run away or scream in terror. Instead you reached up to his face and felt the markings on his cold face.
"You look so different," You whispered in awe. "Loki I personally think you still look handsome." Just to prove so, you leaned in and kissed his lips passionately. When you parted, you saw how surprised he looked.
"(Name)," He whispered bewildered. "How could love...something like this?"
He was still in his Frost Giant form but it was slowing fading back to his Asgardian form. You could only chuckle lightly and push back a lock of black hair behind his ear.
"Because Loki," You grinned. "I still and will always love you."
All the grief and anger that he had welled up his chest seemed to diminish just after hearing those words. He let out a long and heavy sigh and embraced you into a tight hug.
"Oh (Name)," He murmured in your hair. "Thank you...thank you so much."
"Twas my pleasure, my Prince," You smiled.

Loki x Reader - Loving the Monster - One Shot
"Am I cursed?"
You were hiding behind a pillar listening as Loki spoke with his father. Yes, you were a Midgardian, in Asgard. Loki had developed an interest in you after following Thor to Midgard one time. Your relationship with Loki had grown through many more visits and he had invited you to live in Asgard so you could be closer to him. Odin had agreed begrudgingly, but didn't approve of Thor or Loki being with Midgardian ladies.
This particular day, you had been planning to meet Loki in the hallway and attack him with kisses, but had heard him talking with his father and decided to eavesdrop.
"No." Odin replied.
"What am I?"
"You're

You walked through the great hallways of the asgardian palace trying to find your lover. Loki. Ever since this morning no one has seen him.
Finally you arrived at your destination. Lokis chambers. You gently knocked on the door. You heard some shuffling inside the room. Then you heard a yes. Slowly you pushed opened the doors and peered in. You saw Loki sitting on the floor, books scattered around the floor and furniture thrown all over the room, most of it broken.
"Loki? What happened? What's the matter?" You questioned, rushing over to Loki and kneeling down next to him. You gently stroked hid tear sta

I just got this idea and hope that no one has used it yet. I've seen Loki in his Frost Giant form and thinks he still looks adorable. So I figured why not make a one-shot in which the reader comforts him about it.
Let me know what you guys think!
