You groaned as the Asgardian tailors made about a thousand of alterations on the dress you wore. Apparently they had measured you wrong and the dress was shorter and tighter. You looked like a giant in the golden dress that you wore. You had such high hopes for this dress as well. The fashion designer had shown you pages of drawings of the dress and how it'd look on your body.
Looks like you shouldn't have gotten your hopes up.
The tailors were now by your feet, writing down on their clipboards how much fabric they should add and by the end of the session, they agreed that they should just start over. They left, shaking their heads and muttering to themselves. They mostly wondered how could it be that an Asgardian woman was so tall. Hell, you were almost as tall as Loki, your fiance.
Even after the tailors had gone, you stared at yourself in the mirror with disappointment. All your life you had been rejected by men because of your height. Guys found it to be unattractive apparently. Yet somehow, Loki loved you.
Speaking of the Prince, he walked into your chambers. His usual confident grin on his lips faded when he saw the saddened look on your face. He stood by you in the mirror, trying his hardest not to laugh.
"Darling, why are you dressed like that?"
"Tailors got my measurements wrong," you sighed.
"I'm sure they're fixing it now. What's bothering you?" he asked, facing you.
You tried to avoid his gaze but you knew it was no use. Loki stood in front of you, his emerald eyes piercing your (e/c) one's. He wasn't going to let it go. It was better to just tell him then to have him manipulate you into telling him.
"I just hate how tall I am," you admitted.
"What?" he blinked surprised. "What's so bad about that?"
"Almost no man wants me-"
"No man should," he cut you off. "I only want you for myself."
You blushed at his words, finding his attachment to be adorable. Sure when you first met each other, you didn't exactly get along but now things were different. Over time you got to know each other better and your hate towards him faded until it turned into love. Now it was like you couldn't live without him. Of course you had your days when you wanted to strangle him but what couple didn't have those days?
"True," you nodded. "Still. My clothes barely fit me. Fabric always needs to be added and I can't wear heels unless I want to look like a Frost Giant."
"What's so bad about being a Frost Giant?"
".....Why, nothing dear."
He raised an eyebrow at you but didn't say anything more about the Frost Giant thing. Of course you didn't care he was a Frost Giant. However, you had seen a female Frost Giant and they weren't exactly the prettiest beings in the nine realms.
Loki took a step closer to you, putting his hands on your shoulders.
"Honestly, (Name)," he sighed. "Your height never bothered me. I considered it to be a grand feature of yours. Must you doubt yourself so much?"
"I can't help it sometimes...."
"I know. Now come," he said, grabbing your hand.
"Why are we going to the bedroom chambers?" you asked when you saw that's where he started walking towards.
"To get you out of that dress so that I can prove to you that I love you and your body no matter what."

Loki x Reader |Tallest|
It was no secret you and Loki got along for a variety of reasons, the main being you shared a deep love for mischief and magic. However, you tended to lean more to the former, causing trouble for your friends and "family" (you didn't like to think of them as such), as often as you could. However, there was one thing about your friendship, and eventual relationship, that bothered Loki and you absolutely adored.
The height difference.
"Loki!!" You cried, hurrying for your future-fiance with a skip in your step. Loki glanced up at you from the library book he was reading while walking -a skill you never had-, giving you a small smile. It quic

I Missed You (Steve X Reader)
Of all the people dancing, laughing, drinking, chatting, and just overall having a good time, there was only one woman who was not enjoying herself.
It's been 3 months. 3 months without your blue eyed soldier by your side. You remembered wanting to punch Fury in the eyepatch for informing you that you were not going to wake up to your husband's gentle butterfly kisses each morning.
He was on a mission, you had wanted to go with, but Steve, being to overprotective had denied your request.
Your contact was limited, partially because of the signal, and because enemy lines could hack the system to trace his location. So You didn't risk it. Th
